RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer a general return/refund policy, and all sales are considered final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for you. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to you as 'humen' credit. This 'humen' credit is valid for a period of 2 months from the date of issuance. You may use the 'humen' credit to purchase any item from our store within the period of validity.
